Poker Player has the right but not the obligation to remove any communications and materials that Poker Player believes is in violation the Operating Policies.

Submissions. The entire contents of the site are copyrighted under United States copyright laws. The owner of the copyright is Poker Player Holding Company, a partnership between Gambling times Incorporated and Stanley R. Sludikoff. You agree that you shall have no recourse against Poker Player Holding Company for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your communications to us.

Use of the site. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states, Poker Player’s liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Poker Player, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers to the site from all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement by you.

Third Party Rights. The provisions of paragraphs Use of the site and Indemnification are for the benefit of Poker Player and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers to the site. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.

Term; Termination. This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason; provided that you may no longer use the site after you have terminated this Agreement. The provisions of Submissions , Use of the site , Indemnification , Third Party Rights and Miscellaneous shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

Miscellaneous. This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California applicable to agreements made and to be performed in California. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Poker Player and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in California . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Poker Player’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement.

Rules

• A Player’s total account balance consists of a cash account balance and a bonus account balance.
• A Player’s bonus account cannot be cashed in, but can be used to place wagers.
• A Player’s cash account may be cashed in at any time.
• Bonus amounts credited to a Player’s bonus account are subject to 30 times play through before they may be cashed in.
• Take note that some games played may contribute a different percentage of the wager - up to 100%, towards the required wagering:
• Slots, American Roulette and Parlor Games count full (100%) to wagering requirements.
• Table Poker, all Roulettes (excluding American Roulette), Casino War and Sicbo count a quarter (25%) to wagering requirements.
• Video Poker, all Blackjacks (except Classic Blackjack), Craps, Baccarat count a twentieth (5%) to wagering requirements
• Classic Blackjack counts a fiftieth (2%) to wagering requirements.

• As the required play-through requirements are met, funds are automatically transferred from the Player’s bonus account to their cash account.
• Play-through is achieved when any real money wager is made. The Player can use either their bonus or their cash account.
• For any wagers made, the wager is deducted from the Player’s cash account. If there is no cash available, then the wager is deducted from the bonus account. This effectively means that funds in the Player’s bonus account are only played if there is no cash balance.
• If a Player makes a withdrawal, their bonus account is reset to zero. This means that if a Player chooses to take back the money they deposited, they will lose any bonus money they may still have remaining in their Bonus Account.
• Winnings on wagers made from a Player’s cash account are credited directly to their cash account. Winnings on wagers made from a Player’s bonus account are credited to their bonus account.
• Where crediting a Player’s bonus account with winnings would result in the bonus account exceeding the size of the original bonus amount, any excess winnings are credited to the Player’s cash account.

• Wager Definition: A wager is defined in the following example: if you wager 5 credits each on two Slot spins, winning the one and losing the other, your credit balance will not change, yet this counts as 10 credits wagered.
• This purchase bonus is valid in conjunction with other promotional bonus offers.
• Management reserves the right to change the offer, adjust bonus terms and conditions, or deny a promotional bonus due to player misuse or abuse.
• This offer is only good for the purchaser and is not transferable.
• The maximum total payable in a month for Ongoing Bonuses is $3000.00.

• For all subsequent Deposits the terms and conditions will apply to each and every purchase bonus separately.
• If a player’s play is deemed to be abusive, and the player therefore fails to qualify for the 15%, 12,5%, 10% or 5% bonus as per the terms and conditions listed above, the bonus will automatically be deducted from the player’s balance on cashing in or on a subsequent purchase.
• Please Note: the Gamble Feature on Slots does NOT count towards wagering requirements. Only initial bets count and any double up instruction thereafter is issued to the Cash Account balance.

8. Promotion Abuse.

• Arthurian Casino management reserves the right to determine whether play has been deemed to be promotion abuse even though there may have been compliance with the above terms and conditions. In addition non compliance with the above terms and conditions shall be deemed to be promotion abuse. As such in both of these cases, Arthurian Casino Management has the right at its sole discretion to take the following action against such abusers :
• If abuse has been identified, the cash-in in progress will be paid in full, after which the player may be banned from further promotions, or from any play in the casino, at the discretion of Casino management.
  
  
• Abusing player accounts may be terminated with immediate effect.
  
  
• Players found to be abusing promotions may be barred from receiving further promotional offers at the casino.
